Paige & Perryn's Summer Southend Barns Wedding
Paige, a petite and stunning blonde, and Perryn, who lacks socks but makes up for it in charisma(!), are a vibrant couple full of fun and creativity who brought their unique approach and personalities to the altar on their bright and airy summer wedding day in June. Marrying at the charming and romantic rustic venue of Southend Barns near West Sussex's sandy coast, the couple were surrounded by adoring family and friends who were clearly full of love, support and excitement for the happy day ahead. The artistically implemented colour palette of blush pinks, metallic golds, ivory and copper offered a classic whilst modern look, which was bang on trend for weddings this season. Blending perfectly with the contemporary interior of the 200 year old lovingly restored beam-filled barns, Paige and Perryn managed to create a dreamy and whimsical atmosphere, without losing their glamorous and cool edge.

Maria & Ben's Upwaltham Spring Wedding

In all it's history and tradition, the church looked enchanting, decorated with generous arrangements of ivory roses and delicate green foliage. With accents of gold subtly interweaved into the colour palette for the day, it was clear to me that this couple had style and sophistication whilst giving attention to the finer details. I instantly knew this wedding was going to be classic through and through in all the best senses of the word.

Nic & Steve's Southend Barns Spring Wedding
With regards to weddings over the span of my career I thought I had seen them all. That was until Nic and Steve invited me to photograph their unique and special day where I happened to stumble upon the fact that their wedding theme, (including colour-scheme that steered the outfits and venue decor) had (loosely) been based upon a soft toy squirrel and the well loved animated feline character, Garfield! Needless to say, I immediately knew this wedding day was going to be full of originality and creativity and it was the subtle quirkiness and fun that made being part of Nic and Steve's day an absolute delight to capture on camera.
